I am a Frontend Developer with 5 years of experience, most of them in agency (LOLA MullenLowe).
I feel comfortable in creative environments - I am used to working with Art Directors, Account Executives, dogs and Copywriters. My main objective - and biggest challenge - is keeping the original idea clean while fighting with the reality of the internet to find the best options for every project.
On a regular day I develop microsites, newsletters and animated HTML5 banners (usually served through Sizmek and DoubleClick).
On a special day I support the creative process behind awesome campaings, so awesome that many of them have even received prestigious advertisng awards in industry festivals such as Cannes Lions, El Ojo (Latin America) o El Sol (Spain).
My favourite tools are Less, Atom, Photoshop and Illustrator in a GIT environment to code safely and happily.
I love code, creativity, design and the little spaces outside of the box between them.
I’m fluent with HTML, CSS, LESS, SASS, JS Vanilla and Jquery, here you can see some of my personal favourites, most of them coded in Lola.
Many of them awarded in Cannes Lions,El Ojo and El Sol
This project has a special meaning for me. It’s a radio that connects senior users to the past, allowing them to listen to old, famous soccer games and beat Alzheimer’s by helping them remember old situations with powerful feelings.
I worked together with the creative department with great dedication to create a product that was clean, easy to use and friendly for the elderly.
This work has good hear and wide recognition, if you want to see the video case you can do it here.
During my time at LOLA MullenLowe I’ve developed banners for different clients, most of them for SEAT, but you can see other works for Magnum, Cornetto or Axe.
Me and my team started in 2014 to develop this kind of work, for which we developed our own templates to do the best job with the most efficient performance and the best quality/workload ratio. We are very proud of it.
Usually these banners are served through Sizmek and Doubleclick.
This is a simple and light project made in only one day. It’s one of my latest projects for Libero.
Easy simple and cool.
2013-2016 has been about improving my skills as a frontender and starting to focus on fallbacks and improvements to give the best performance when it comes to mailings.
I’ve not only developed CRM campaigns, but also Google Sponsored Promotions.
I always have an eye on Litmus and their 'The Email Design Conference' to be aware of the changes in this area.
This is the most responsive project I ever made 😊.
This one has a special value to me because I worked especially close to two junior creatives with big passion and talent, and together we made an awarded product with an awesome idea. If you want to see the video case you can do it here.
You can see here the result of one of my normal days at work: developing templates for Adobe CQ5 & AEM6.
I especially like the design of this one and the extra thinking to make it as adaptable to the different teams as possible.
One of my first projects at LOLA MullenLowe. Working on it I started to understand how the agency works and their approach to creativity. It was my first award at an advertising festival.
I will always remember this product as a special one.
This was our first big project at LOLA MullenLowe, it made us start feeling like a team.
And I’ll never forget about it! It's ie8 friendly... 😰
